Pedro has a long experience in manufacturing marine furnishings. They offer custom design, manufacturing and installation and have a good knowledge of special fire protection requirements in furniture. Pedro can easily modify their own CNC files from original DWG drawings, which makes the design process easier. Throughout their 36 years of history, Pedro has made quality furniture for icebreakers and luxury 7-star cruisers, and everything in between. One of Pedroʼs strengths is having the entire production chain from designing to assembling under the same roof. Their comprehensive knowledge has made it possible to accomplish a wide range. In production, the company combines Scandinavian design, high-quality and sustainable and ecological manufacturing.
OUR VALUE PROPOSITION
Environmental values have always been important in Pedro’s production. The company does not produce any landfill waste and recycles all the production waste. Energy waste is “bought back” as electricity and wood waste as heating and metals and foams are recycled for further use. Pedro has used approx. 2 000 000 recycled PET-bottles in bed sofa cushions and at the 2018, the company changed all their 410 luminaries to LED bulbs. During the years, Pedro has been delivering furniture for the world’s largest and highest-quality cruise ships and hence this knowledge is part of their quality control. In addition, all their products are inspected at the factory before being shipped.

Pedro was established in 1988 and they are a leading manufacturer of commercial and hospitality furniture with a wide range of chairs and sofas for commercial spaces, including ships. Since the beginning, the company has been delivering products for the marine industry. Pedro operates globally and exporting forms 60 % of their business.
