Pedro has a long experience in manufacturing marine furnishings. They offer custom design, manufacturing and installation and have a good knowledge of special fire protection requirements in furniture. Pedro can easily modify their own CNC files from original DWG drawings, which makes the design process easier. Throughout their 36 years of history, Pedro has made quality furniture for icebreakers and luxury 7-star cruisers, and everything in between. One of Pedroʼs strengths is having the entire production chain from designing to assembling under the same roof. Their comprehensive knowledge has made it possible to accomplish a wide range. In production, the company combines Scandinavian design, high-quality and sustainable and ecological manufacturing.

Environmental values have always been important in Pedro’s production. The company does not produce any landfill waste and recycles all the production waste. Energy waste is “bought back” as electricity and wood waste as heating and metals and foams are recycled for further use. Pedro has used approx. 2 000 000 recycled PET-bottles in bed sofa cushions and at the 2018, the company changed all their 410 luminaries to LED bulbs. Hatches and doors, as examples, we have produced flat, access, surface, rope and inspection hatches, with central locking or handles. We have also manufactured access doors. Available in various models, including splash-proof, watertight and gastight features.

We use certified materials in the manufacturing of hatches, such as DNV and Bureau Veritas. Materials include S355, DH36, AISI304 , AISI316 & aluminum. Hatches are approved by DNV or BV inspectors as needed.

Many other steel structures are also part of our core competence.

Our core competences are secure, flexible and scalable cloud-based IT systems and superior industry knowledge among areas of machinery, construction, electrics, process industry, telecom area and IT.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency and quality of maintenance work by developing and selling secure, easy-to-use and scalable information system, JOPI. By using JOPI our customers will do more and better results with less money. With help of JOPI they can do right decisions by finding and getting the right information and documents when needed, any time and everywhere, mobile on site. ABOUT EDAPCO

Edapco Oy is a company specialized in process plants, construction and maintenance work systems about 30 years. We are a member of Microsoft ISV program too. To our core team belongs persons having background and experience of manufacturing, machinery, telecom, IT and banking & finance. The core team members have worked in area of process industry (UPM Kymmene, Metsä Serla, Metso, Fortum), telecom (Nokia, Telia, Elisa, Swisscom, Vodaphone) and banking & finance (KOP, Nordea, OP). In addition to our own team members, we have partnered with Teamit Oy having branch office at Germany.

ABOUT MEDISEAM

Mediseam is a 1987 founded company, spelializing in technical fabric products. Our factory and production is located in Nastola (Lahti), and all our products have the Finnish Key Flag, to proove product origin from Finland. We also do a lot of subcontracting, for example for large scale engines (Wärtsilä), hospital products (Lojer and Merivaara).

We have a large range of machinery including 10 HF welding machines, 3 ultrasonic welding machines, lots of different cutting machines, a CNC-cutter for fabrics, impulse welding machines and so on.
